1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WestPoint Elite Transport website, mobile services, or booking a ride with us (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WestPoint Elite Transport.

2. Service Description

WestPoint Elite Transport provides premium executive ground transportation services in the Greater Los Angeles area, including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers (LAX, BUR, LGB, SNA, and other regional airports)
• Corporate and executive travel
• Special event transportation
• Hourly charter services
• Roadshow and multi-stop itineraries
• Private aviation ground transportation

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Booking and Reservations

When you book a ride with WestPoint Elite Transport, you agree to the following:

• All booking requests are subject to confirmation. A booking is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email or SMS.
• You must provide accurate passenger information, including name, phone number, email, and pickup/dropoff addresses.
• For airport pickups, you must provide accurate flight information to ensure timely coordination.
• Changes to reservations must be requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is determined based on distance, vehicle class, time of day, and special requirements. By booking our services, you agree to:

• All quoted prices are estimates unless explicitly confirmed as fixed-rate.
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, airport fees, parking, wait time exceeding 15 minutes, and special requests.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept major credit cards and authorized corporate billing accounts.
• Gratuity is not included in quoted prices and is at the passenger's discretion.

5. Passenger Conduct

To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and our chauffeurs, the following rules apply:

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in vehicles equipped with bar service and for passengers of legal drinking age.
• Passengers are responsible for their belongings. WestPoint Elite Transport is not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Disruptive, threatening, or illegal behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
• Damage to vehicles caused by passengers will be charged to the responsible party.

6. Liability and Insurance

WestPoint Elite Transport maintains comprehensive commercial auto insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Missed flights or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Personal items left in vehicles after the ride is completed.
• Injuries resulting from failure to use provided seatbelts or safety equipment.

7. SMS and Communication Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive SMS messages from WestPoint Elite Transport for ride scheduling, trip updates, and customer care.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.
• For help, reply "HELP" or contact us at 213-595-4498.
• We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues.
• Your phone number will only be used for customer care and scheduling communication. We do not sell or share your information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WestPoint Elite Transport and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to Terms
